Prices Summer 2021

National Park Summer Card (for your entire stay incl. arrival and departure day), Wellness, WLAN, parking space, heating, water, electricity, bed linen, towels, sauna towels & bathing robes in the wellness area, cot & high chair (on request) and final cleaning.

– Buffet breakfast (per day: adults € 14.00 and children € 9.00; 6-14 years old)
– Local taxes (€ 2.00 per day/person aged 16 and over)
– If the sofa bed is used, there will be an extra charge of € 24.00 per person and day.

Children 0 – 2 years old staying in their parents' apartment: free


Children 3 – 5 years old staying in their parents' apartment: -70 % of the standard price per night


Children 6 – 14 years old staying in their parents' apartment: -40 % of the standard price per night
Age 15 and over: pay full price

– Local taxes: Adults € 2.- per night (children up to the age of 15 are exempt from paying local taxes)

Your apartment is available from 15.00 on the day you are due to arrive. On the day you are due to depart we would ask that you vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. 
Travelling by train or bus? Let us know in good time and we will be happy to collect you from the nearby train stations (fee payable).

Up to 1 month before the guest's arranged arrival day, the accommodation contract can be cancelled, upon unilateral declaration by the contractual party, with no cancellation fees due.
 Outside this set period rescission is only available upon unilateral declaration by the contractual party, upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
– Up to 1 month before arrival day: free cancellation
– Up to 1 week before you are due to arrive: payment of 70 % of the travel cost
– In the last week before arrival day: 90 % of the package price
– On arrival day, or in the event of no-show, 100 % of the package price is due.

The cancellation fee is calculated solely only on the package price, i.e. Local taxes and final cleaning are not included.
 Should it not be possible for you to travel to our region due to a COVID-19 travel warning (Zell am See district or the federal state of Salzburg) or due to a border being shut, you may of course cancel FREE OF CHARGE!

With every package we automatically offer travel cancellation insurance (incl. COVID-19 cancellation protection) with Europäische Reiseversicherung. This can be conveniently booked alongside. In times like these so much is uncertain, but we do want you to feel safe.

Things can always turn out differently than planned. Are you not able to go way on your well-deserved holiday because you yourself have fallen ill, tested positive for Covid or have to quarantine because a close relative has become infected? Well, with hotel cancellation cover from Europäische Reiseversicherung you are very well protected!

So we are able to confirm and guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 20% of the full amount is to be paid. The remainder of the payment can be made on site. Payment can be made by credit card or via bank transfer.
